1. Who we are
The Software is developed by Connector Games LLC. Windows installers are digitally signed by CROP KING (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED under a distribution agreement with Connector Games LLC. See our developer and signing publisher notice for details.
2. Information we collect
We collect limited information to operate, secure, and improve Pipe Connect:
- Install and device identifiers. A random install identifier generated on first install, used to associate install, update, and uninstall events with a single installation.
- Product and version data. Product name, software version, and channel (for example production vs. staging) sent with telemetry requests.
- Event signals. Technical events such as install started/finished, removal started/finished, and similar operational signals described in our product documentation.
- Network metadata. IP address and standard HTTP headers when your device contacts our API (for example for abuse prevention and service reliability).
- Local diagnostic files. Optional local log or telemetry files on your device (for example under your user profile) when configured for file-based diagnostics.
We do not require your name, email, or postal address to play Pipe Connect. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information through the Software.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide install, update, and uninstall flows and related web pages (thank-you, uninstall);
- Measure reliability and diagnose errors;
- Protect our services against abuse and fraud;
- Improve the Software and website.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where applicable, we process data based on legitimate interests (operating and securing the service) and, where required, your consent (for example when you download or install the Software after reviewing this policy and our EULA).
5. Sharing and service providers
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, content delivery, and database services) to run pipeconnectgame.com, our API, and installer downloads. They process data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

The website or Software may include links or placements for third parties (for example travel or booking partners). Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
7. Retention
We retain install and event records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or aggregate them where practical.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
Pipe Connect is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data to us.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your information. To exercise these rights, contact us at general@pipeconnect.com. You may uninstall the Software at any time through Windows Settings.
11. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website or Software after updates means you accept the revised policy.
